How do you get from one to the other you ask?! … Well you go to the Warhol Museum, of course!
We decided to take a trip to see THE Alex Ross exhibit, currently housed in Pittsburgh’s own Andy Warhol Museum. Some time ago, I shared a bit of Alex Ross goodness as I covered NY Comicon. This time we WENT to the bit of Aex Ross goodness …
Our first time at the Warhol Museum, and personally my first time in Pittsburgh, was inspiring in itself. To see such a great collection on one artist’s life was truly amazing and humbling. However, we were there on a super duper NERD mission! So! Let’s hop to it!
Unfortunately, we get up to the seventh floor, step off the elevator with cameras and camera phones in hand ready to share our artistically random experience with you guys and womp womp *No Photography Allowed* …
So we got a chance to sneak these shots in only to say this exhibit is a MUST SEE! If you’re on the Pittsburgh area, or can simply make a quick trip there, it’s well worth your time. You’ll just have to trust us on this one!
The exhibit will run through Januray 8, 2012
Next time … ATL Shawty!
